Resize image in iMovie on ipad

I’m trying to fix the size of a couple photos and videos in a project I created on my iPad. In a few of them the heads are cut off at the top or the bottom part of the picture or video is cut off. I’m not having any luck finding a menu where I can change the image to fit the screen or resize it.
