Hi Rguidry123,
Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. From our understanding you are seeing a blue box around moving around your screen and going to the apps you are attempting to use, do we have that right? If so, do you have to tap the box twice before it launches the app? Does it also vocalize the app you've selected? If yes, you may have the VoiceOver feature turned on. You can turn this off by going to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver > Off.
Turn on and practice VoiceOver on iPhone
