My iphone12 pro max black line isssue

I also have a vertical black line almost in the middle of the screen. It is persistent and and present regardless of what screen your on, reboot, shutdown, etc. it is even present on the Apple logo during boot-up. At one time I noticed a horizontal black line making a cross. The horizontal line eventually disappeared after some time. I received my phone on 12/31 and with moderate to high usage.

I’ll backup and reset my device back to factory. But I doubt that’ll work. Apple care support is next.

You need to give us a lot more information than that.

Black line? Where? In what way? In a photo? On the screen?
