I have sent gift card by email but not received by recipient

I recently sent an iTunes gift card by email and it hasn’t been received by the recipient. I have tried to resend it multiple times but still no success. I have sent gift cards previously to the same recipient without any issues.

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand an iTunes Gift Card was not received by the recipient via email. We can help point you in the right direction.


We suggest to have the recipient search for the email of the gift card, as the line item will say, "App Store & iTunes Gift for [email address]." In addition, the recipient can check the spam or junk folder of their email and see if the gift card can be located.
