Dual Sim

I’m after reducing two phones down into one for both personal and business use. Looking on Apples website the 11 pro and SE are both dual sim, do these phones take 2 x normal SIM cards? Can the SIM cards be a different company (Vodafone, ID)? If so how do you differentiate on the phone who’s messaging from which number? Could you run 2 x WhatsApp accounts as well? Thanks in advance.

Two physical nano SIM cards are on iPhones manufactured for China, Macau & HongKong markets.

In all other countries you'll find 1 physical SIM card and 1 eSIM.
