With the release of the Apple watch SE and Series 6, we now have the possibility to set-up an Apple Watch for a family member. I think many parents were thinking of using Cellular versions of the watches for kids tracking.
But why we can't use the data plan while in Roaming? Imagine we are travelling between countries a lot, and we would like to be able to locate and call our kids while on holidays. Why is this limitation needed?
Well, I think I am not the only one with this frustration, so I hope apple reads this and either have a good reason for this, either consider to release this limitation. i bought 2 apple watches cellular for my kids and I find myself impossible to use...
Do you know if there is any plan to support roaming ?
