lost deleted iCloud note????

I have accidentaly deleted a note in iCloud notes. And it will not show up in recently deleted. Which means I can't restore it!

I have logged in on the computer to iCloud to see if its there. its not. everything else is saved and fine. I have accidentally deleted notes before and restored them no problems.

where is it????
