I an not able to install new software due to lack of storage, Please help me with this?

Do as it says, make more space free.
Copy about 30 GB of your data to an external disk, then deleted the originals that you copied, better still: make 2 or 3 copies on different media. Empty the Trash bin. Then install the new software.
