I have had the 4K Apple TV and the volume always worked on the Apple Remote. We did an upgrade on the IOS on the 4K Apple TV and it stopped working. Is there something I am missing. Any help would be appreciated.

To clarify, is the issue with controlling the TV volume, or the volume of a Bluetooth device?
Recommend verifying the IR ports are not obstructed on the ATV remove and TV as this is how they communicate.

Yes it is to control my TV volume.
The ports are clear and I have re-paired the remote. I have set the Volume Control to Auto and it ask “You haven’t configured the volume control. Do you want to do that now?” I select yes and it doesn’t seem to do anything. It still doesn’t work.
