Red lightning bolt on watch

my Watch was charged overnight and is fully charred but suddenly I now have a red lighting bolt and cannot access anything on the watch or force restart it. I need help!

My watch, after charging, is showing red charging sign and I can't open it. My Apple 5 watch is showing a red charges sign after being on the charger over night. It was also very hot and it shows a tail coming down from the charge sign but I ca't get the time to show.
