I updated iPhone 7 from ios 13 to 14.3. I used iTune to update. It didn't finish and got the error message 14. Now I cannot open my phone and it shows the sign "to connect to laptop". Help me if you have any idea.

I contacted but they told me just to go to the nearest service provider.
