When putting iPhone in Trade-in kit. The iPhone screen should be towards the transparent side or towards the cardboard side?

Also take a video showing the phone working. I've always placed the iPhone facing up towards the plastic. There really isn't any room for the bubble wrap and it will interfere with putting the phone back in while not adding anymore protection. I would skip it.

I'm not sure it makes a difference, but I would do the following to be safe:

1. Take photos of the phone from all angles before you place it in the box
2. Bubble wrap the phone to ensure it is completely safe during transport
