Unable to Add Guest Order to Apple ID

I've been having trouble adding an order I had to place as a Guest to my Apple ID. I always receive an error that says, "Something went wrong. Please try again later." - see attached screenshot.

I've been trying this for WEEKS now and it still doesn't seem to be working. I've even tried different browsers, clearing my browser history and cache... no resolution. I even tried calling Apple Customer Service and they said they can't help with this issue over the phone. Anyone else have luck with this?

Can't add guest order to Apple ID I recently placed an order on the Apple website but turns out I was not logged in. I did pay using Apple Pay so I assumed the order would be linked to my Apple ID but it is not. When I check the order status, I see the following: "Your guest order at a glance. Add this order to your Apple ID to make changes or to return or cancel an item." And then a big blue button below that says "Add to Apple ID". When I click that button, I'm taken to a page that says: "Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again." I've tried following the link in the order confirmation email I received from several different devices. I've also tried logging into my account on the Apple Store website and then clicked on "Orders" and then clicking on "Don’t see your order?Find it now". Nothing that I've tried as worked, it all results in ending up at a page that says: "Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again." Does anyone have any suggestions?

Guest Order to Apple ID? Hey all, I just purchased a couple of iPhone 14s and had to order as a 'Guest' as it was bugging out when I was trying to login to my Apple ID. Received confirmation order number as a 'Guest'...now how do I link the purchase back to my Apple ID. I can check the order status but putting in the order number and my email....but when I log in with my Apple ID it doesn't show this new order. Its as if the system doesn't recognise ive ordered using the same email address. Anyway to link this new order to my ID?

Add guest order to apple id Today i made an order by mistake as a guest BUT i type the email of my apple id. I got email confirmation in my email of apple id but now when i am trying to check my order status i got this message “Your guest order at a glance” without button to add the order to my id. Please let me know how i can add it to my id (in apple store app my orders are empty) because i would like to edit it. thanks
