iPad as portable Mac Mini display using cables.

Could I use my iPad as my main Mac Mini display using adapter and cables to connect them like a lightning to HDMI then a HDMI to HDMI into the Mac Mini?

Hello Robert_143,

If we understand, you would like to use your iPad as your main monitor with your Mac mini. You’re in the right place, we’d be glad to assist in seeking a solution.

If your iPad is compatible, you could use it as a second monitor as mentioned here, Use your iPad as a second display for your Mac with Sidecar, but it is not possible to be used as a main monitor.

We are always looking for ways to improve our products, so we encourage you to leave feedback here: Product Feedback

Take care.
