EPP Friends Store - Invalid Address

I am doing a purchase of an MacBook Air at Apple EDD Store for Friends in Australia.

It is not allowing me to request someone to pick up the order at Apple Store and when updating the address it is saying invalid even after I receive a confirmation that it is right from my sister and other websites. How should I contact to help me on this purchase?
