Hi I have placed an online order from UAE for an iMac 24 with the upgraded configurations , however it keeps on getting changed to basic . even after making the payment.
Have called the apple store multiple times but still it had not got changed in the order configuration page.
Can you go to your order page/account and cancel the order? If you can do so and then reorder the correct configuration again. You might want to do it from the Safe Mode by booting with the Shift key held down.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing the following;
• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed
• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)
• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically
• Disables user-installed fonts
• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
