Saving PNG images to iPhone photos bug

Hello Apple.

I seem to be having an issue with my photos app. And i've googled the problem and i've found that other people seem to be dealing with the same issue as i am. This has been a bug since the iOS 13. My New phone wont let me save images as a PNG anymore. I need these images for my art, est. But when i download the image from Google Images, or from an email file that i have sent to myself from my laptop. It's suppose to be saved as a transparent background image. But when i save it to my photos, it saves as a white background instead. And i can't seem to fix the problem no matter what i try. Will Apple fix this bug? This is important for my art business. I see other people in the questions, who have also talked about this bug before. Can someone working for Apple take a look at this bug for us?
