Has anyone seen an indication when refurbished IPads might become available? I noted that no new IPads were available at the local Costcos and wondering if there is now a significant shortage of new and refurbished IPads.

It would seem that at this time there are no refurbished iPads available. Refurbished iPad - Apple Deciding to purchase a refurbished device from someone other than Apple is up to you, but the newest iPads have been selling rather well. Depending on which one you are looking for, you can see shipping dates if you go to www.apple.com/ipad and select a model to purchase.
