iOS apps keep crashing/stalling on iPhone 12 mini

Hi, I just bought a new iPhone 12 mini, and realized random apps will crash, hang or unable to boot after a few hours of using the phone. I have to restart the phone to solve the issue. But that means I need to restart my phone at least once or few times a day! Is it only me? Or it’s a common problem?

Also, sometimes my drama videos unable to load and view on Safari as well. Need to either restart the phone or clear website history.

Are you experiencing this with built-in apps, or just apps downloaded from the App Store?

Hi mario49,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked all updates, and they’re all the latest versions. But they kept needing me to restart the phone, which I think is unnecessary. Even if reinstalling apps or problem lies with apps development, then why even videos on safari couldn’t be loaded? Would there be a bug in my phone?
