Can you help me with this?

Continue holding down Command + R until it boots. However if it will not start up then you likely have a completely failed HD. Please follow the steps in If your Mac won't turn on and then if it still won't startup, please contact your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to have the computer professionally diagnosed.
