Have the restore plug-in screen on iPad (Air 2 WiFi). Plugged into computer to update (followed all directions) and still have the same screen. Then tried Restore instead of update and still get same restore screen. Cannot get beyond it. Any suggestions?

At the bottom of this page, Apple suggests:
If you can't restore or update your iPad using recovery mode, or you can't use recovery mode because of broken or stuck buttons, contact Apple Support. Then follow the steps to set up service for your iPad.
