iPhone 6 Battery Cost

If the battery is 97% at 10:PM it was shutting down to next day morning 6:00AM even though if I kept in Flight mode. I want to know below things

What could be the reason for shut down ?
what is the cost of the iPhone 6 battery ? if its battery problem

it's best to leave it on the charger doing the night
