Text from unknown people

Alright so I keep getting text from 2 random numbers, the weird thing is the person is texting like they’re responding to something I said when I’ve said nothing to them, idk what’s going on, has anyone else experienced this?

Towards the end of the day, I went to check my messages and it had sent a bunch of random things to random people and it really confused them. It said a bunch or things I would never say.
