Hay day/purchases

Whenever I purchase any pack from Haday I have enough money on my iTunes card I put purchase and it said done and then it said purchase not complete and it said to visit apple.com/support/iTunes

Then I would suggest that you contact iTunes support for purchase issues as suggested.
