Why am I not able to stop sharing my location through iMessages?
iPhone 11, iOS 14
I was able to figure it out after some time. The problem was I wasn’t using my iCloud with my contacts. Once I changed which account to use for my contacts it worked perfectly.

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:
What happens when you try to select the Stop Sharing My Location option? Is it unresponsive or does it throw an error message? Are you part of a Family Sharing group?
