My iPhone 10XR setup in my Hyundai Santa Fe 2010 is paired but upon dialing there is no ring on outbound calls and it will not connect. What can I do to make it work?

If you're trying to use CarPlay, according to the available models that support CarPlay, this model is currently not supported: iOS - CarPlay - Available Models
