Apple Watch 6 not tracking outdoor walk as exercise ring

I have a Apple Watch 6 and for the last 2 days it hasn’t tracked all of the outdoor walk towards my exercise ring. Even when I select it as an outdoor walk.

my friend has the SE and we both did the same walk the same speed and his tracked it fine even with his heart rate lower than mine.

ive tried all the calibrations and I really don’t know why it’s stopped tracking my walks for the whole time.

See the "Make sure that you earn Move and Exercise credit" section in:

You should also make sure your watch is calibrated:

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
