Silicone cases
I bought a silicone case from Target for $40. I haven’t had it long and it’s already has damage. Can I get a replacement?

if it's made by apple and they view its damaged because of production defect rather than user handling and it's within warranty then I would say Legal - Hardware Warranties - Apple
if it's not an apple product then I would suggest you contact the manufacturer
