Replacement phone case warranty

I bought the Silicone Case with MagSafe less than one year ago. When I first got it, within a week the silicone was already peeling off. I went to the Apple store and got a replacement case for free (wish I just took the refund). Now, my replacement case is cracked and the silicone is peeling off even worse than the first time. I can't even use the case anymore because the jagged plastic cuts me. Can Apple give me a refund since it's been less than a year, or does the first replacement mean I don't get any more warranty options? Really frustrating to pay $60 for a case that "undergoes thousands of hours of testing" but doesn't even hold up against wind.
