Speakers not working after Big Sur upgrade
When trying to select internal speakers through Preferences, they are no longer displaying to select. Nothing shows within the window to select from for output or input, please help!

Resetting NVRAM could solve the sound related issues.
Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports sound related errors, VFF001, VFF002, and VFF003.
