Concerns About New Update

Hi,

I have just recently updated my MAC OSX software to Big Sur and it has restricted me to open up a fair bit of programs which I am not happy about at all.

Is there any possible way to fix these issues ?

You're options are; contact the vendors of the apps that no longer run and see if they have a Big Sur compatible version or, downgrade from Big Sur.
