Is it possible to pay Apple subs in one annual payment instead of monthly.
I would like to pay in one annual payment instead of monthly. What are the charges. I can't seem to find the answer in my searches.

Apple doesn't offer that option any more, only monthly. Consider purchasing a sizable iTunes gift card, load the balance to your account, and this can be used to pay for your iCloud storage without you having to worry about the monthly payments.
