gamecentre not loading my linked games

I play a game lords mobile which is linked to my game centre , recently when I load the game the little banner comes up saying linked to game centre but it’s not loading my linked account , iv spoken to the game provider and they say the problem is not at their end they can see my account is linked but it’s as if the game centre isn’t recognising it , Is there anyway I can fix this any help would be appreciated.
