There is no + sign in wallet to add my card
I don’t see the + for me to be able to add a card to wallet.. Anyone know how to fix this?

If the (+) button is missing in Wallet
If you don't see the add button when you open the Wallet app, your device might be set to the wrong region. First, make sure you're in a ➔ country or region that supports Apple Pay. Then, follow these steps to set the region for your device:
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app and tap General.
- Tap Language & Region, then tap Region.
- Select your region, then tap Done.
