Moving iTunes library to new MacBook Pro

Hello Folks,

I am sure this is on here somewhere but I am a bit tired of searching for it.

I have a MacBook with macOS High Sierra and have purchased a brand new MacBook Pro - soon to be delivered and I assume with Big Sur.

What is the best way of transferring all my iTune library into the new way of 'no iTunes' in one place.

So I read, learning curve now, that there are three/four different Apps on Big Sur rather than one place like iTunes.

So I know how to put it on a external hard drive etc., but on the new MacBook ? This is where I really need help especially as I have not used Big Sur at all.

I have: movies, music, music videos, voice memos, audio books, language courses that i use but under TV programmes.

My 'stuff' is a mixture of Purchased from Apple and 'stuff' that I have burned from old CD's etc.,

Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you.
