Yes, the error message shows up when I try to launch the application so I can't reset app because it is impossible to enter to the settings. My tv is LG NanoCell SM9000 and AppleTv was on it and this tv is on the list.
I have all tv firmware updates.
I have fast internet link and other applications work with no problem.
I tried to contact to LG but they told me that they only give the platform to application and I have to contact to you.
I found this problem on other internet forums (more people has it) but no-one knows the solution.
Maybe it is possible to do something.
