Thunderbolt and Camera hardware not detected after upgrading to Catalina

I have MacBook Air 13inch early 2017, after updating to Catalina, my camera and thunderbolt port stopped working.

I tried resetting SMC, pram

Created new user

safe mode

reinstall

Erase and reinstall

nothing worked!

I did Apple Diagnostics and got two reference codes NDC001 for Camera and NDT001 for thunderbolt.

Please Help.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.1

Hi there Pokrov,

We understand you're experiencing issues with the camera and Thunderbolt hardware on your MacBook Air, and we'd like to see if we can assist.

Based on the codes you've shared, Apple Diagnostics did find there may be issues with both the camera and Thunderbolt hardware. Learn more here: Apple Diagnostics reference codes

With that in mind, these are things you'll want to have your MacBook Air serviced for. This page has additional information: Mac Service and Repair
