Airpod's pro case won't charge

I used to charge the case with belkin device since i don't have a usb c cable neither have a charger or ports from my macbook to connect it and things went right until now . I put the case on the belkin device , the light of the case goes green and immediately shuts . The belkin device's light goes green showing that it's charging the case but after a left it many hours the case was still uncharged .

I am very disappointed i can't use something that i paid so much for and really enjoyed . I hope someone here can really help me .
