Will using a non-qi charger damage my iPhone?

Someone gifted me a Xindao wireless charging pad, but I can't find anything indicating it meets the Qi standard. Will using it damage my iPhone?

Hi CMONSTR, thank you for posting here in Apple Support Communities.

We see that you're wanting to know if non-Qi-certified wireless charging accessories can damage your iPhone, which is a great question! There are always risks whenever using a non-certified accessory, so we do recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly.
