When you add to photos from photo booth, you can find it by clicking on imports, or recents in photos. From there you can either add it to an album to make it easier to find later (eg a photobooth album) or right click on it and select "show in all photos" to see where it is placed in the all photos timeline.
When it is in photos, you can upload it to facebook as normal.

EDIT - I've just found that photo booth photos are tagged with the "Photo Booth" keyword. I can find them easily just by typing "booth" into the search bar.
I can't say that your instructions solved my problem, but they got me started in the right direction, and I was FINALLY able to find the Photo Booth photos. This is no small item. because I've been looking for the Photo Both library for years. Really. Anyway, NOW I know where to find them. I'm going to give you a "This solved my question" for that.
Asking people how they did something that they don't understand is a waste of time. When you bumble and stumble onto some solution, you (I) don't know how it happened, It just did. Click on enough buttons, and you find a solution...SOMETIMES. Anyway, I just hope that I can remember the steps the next time I go looking for a Photo Booth picture where it's stored. Thanks again for getting me started.
I might add that I defy and disprove Einstein's famous dictum all the time. You know, the one that goes, "Repeating the same action again and again and hoping for a different result is a definition of insanity." No true. I do it all the time, and sometimes successfully.
