Can't updates my keynote, imovie, numbers and pages on my newly purchase imac
I get this message when I try to update my apps:
Keynote cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID.
The apps were on the mac when I received it and my apple ID is ok.
I don't understand why it doesn't work
