Express Replacement Service

Hello,

I want to get express replacement service for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. There are some issues about connecting to the wi-fi and I bought it almost before one week ago so I do not want you to fix it. I want to get a new one and I have applecare already. I bought it in the US but I am in Turkey for a while so is it possible to get replacement in any Apple Stores in Turkey?
