Why won’t my family watch connect
I've tried many time with Wifi and Bluetooth on on both devices, but no luck.

It sounds like you are having trouble setting up an Apple Watch for a family member. We can give you some tips that can help, but first we have a few questions.
Is this Apple Watch an Apple Watch Series 4 or later with cellular or an Apple Watch SE with cellular, with watchOS 7 or later?
When you start the set up process and tap Set up for a Family Member on your iPhone, are you getting any error messages? Does the iPhone or the Apple Watch become unresponsive?
