VMware Fusion pro 12 vmnet8 network issue

i am facing issue after updating my MacBook Pro to Big Sur, before the upgrade i was using mac os catalina and Vmware Fusion 11, it was working find but after the upgrade to Big Sur, i have to update VMware Fusion Pro 12 and after this update i found there is compatibility issue of MAC OS Big Sur with VMware Fusion Pro 12 wherein vmnet3, VMnet4, VMnet5 does not connect to private networking. i had VMware Lab on my earlier version of Mac OS but not nothing works., its big setback. i am not able to show classroom demo etc and customer POC.

Please if someone is facing this issue or do we have a fix for this issue.

I had significant problems with VMWare Fusion 12 on Big Sur.

Honestly, I don't believe it's ready for prime time.

I ended up migrating to VirtualBox instead, which has proven to be infinitely more stable and significantly faster.

I run it in 8GB without problems. How much either one uses depends on how much RAM you dedicate to the VM.

You allocate memory to the virtual machine. It only uses as much memory as you allocate.
