Why is my Touch ID saying try again, unable to read this fingerprint try again using a different finger

Because your finger may be wet, or dirty, or too cold, or dried out do to the cold weather. Go to Settings/Touch ID & Passcode and create a new fingerprint (you don’t have to delete the current one, you can have up to 5).
