My sister was added to Apple Music family sharing. She had to change Apple ID which we did but even tho I have invited her and she gets the invite it still says join and do free trial. Any clue how to enable access to her

We understand that your sister is unable to access Music via Family Sharing. You also mentioned that she changed her Apple ID. Has she signed in with the new Apple ID and accepted the invitation with the new Apple ID?
You'll also want to be sure that you're sharing Music in Settings > [Your Name] > Family Sharing > Apple Music. You can verify that she is listed here.

Yes she accepted her invite with new ID. She is listed under my family sharing and she can share my iCloud storage we have so i know she is part of the family sharing. The only thing is when she goes into her apple music it is always says join apple music for a free trial not join family sharing like it did with my other family members. The very next day i lost being able to sign in to my apple music. Everything went away in apple music and when it finally came back it was all in the cloud. Apple told me after several things to try that the engineers have other complaints about this issue to family sharing and so to keep trying. Oh well. Thanks for your help.
