Connecting internet

I have my Iphone XS connected to the internet but my apps will not load connected to the internet. I know it is not my internet because my laptop works just fine.

iPhone XS, iOS 14

Try this procedure:--> Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings (bearing in mind that this also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is involved).

When done, restart your iPhone then test it again.

What happens if you try to connect your device to a different wifi network? (borrow on from your friends, or go to a public place where you can connect and have internet access).

Can your iPhone surf the Internet using Safari or Youtube?

Shouldn't be this case, try to reset your modem-router.

I can not use safari. It says it times out. Just takes a long time loading everything. Even when I am not on my computer as well.

Logged into another wifi and it is still doing the same thing. Won't load safari or any apps.

I reset my phone like you suggested and it did not help. Still doing the same thing. It will work fine for a little bit then bavk to what it has been doing.
