verification failed

I have same Apple ID in my MacBook and in my iPhone and I want to change my Apple ID of iPhone but it is greyed out and I have tried everything its says verification failed. What can I do to change it ?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

After reviewing your post, it seems like you want to change the Apple ID used on the iPhone, but you received a verification failed message. Are you being asked for the password or a verification code?

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

Hey cherisa224,

Thanks for the update.

Is it asking you to sign out of your Apple ID?

Are you using Wi-Fi or cellular data?

If you go to iCloud.com, are you able to sign in with your Apple ID?

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
