Screen repair.

Hello,

I have an Ipod that needs screen replacements, I went to the local apple store and they said to book it online, but i have no idea where to book.

If anyone can help a man out, that would be great.

Thank you.

Om.

Hi om31,

To book a screen repair for your iPod Touch, you can go to this link: https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=psp&PRKEYS=

When you get there, you'll notice that there isn't an iPod option. You'll want to choose the "More" button and then you'll see an option for "iPod". Once you're there, select "iPod Touch", click on "Repairs and Physical Damage", then choose "Cracked screen or display". At that point, we've finally gotten to the point where you can actually schedule a repair. You'll want to choose "Bring in for Repair" on that page and I trust you'll be able it to figure it out from there.

Hope this helps,
