Legacy Java 6 runtime problem

Hey, y'all.

I'm trying to install Legacy Java SE6 runtime so I can launch P-shop CS6, but all I find is Java-8, which I installed in my High Sierra system. I get the same tired message looking for Legacy Java SE6 runtime.

I rebooted, same thing. Why doesn't the updated Java work?

How do I get PhotoShop running?

Stuck at home, I need some fun ... I hope you guys (and women) are doing well, being safe.

Thanks for anything you can offer.

You can get the Legacy Java SE6 Runtime here,https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572?locale=en_US

You will have to uninstall Java 8 before you can install SE6, so go to

the Oracle Java site and get download instructions.

When you get SE6 installed then you should be able to install Java 8.
